Late Night Thoughts
Can’t even sleep. Writing down some thoughts so I don’t lose them.
- Partying with family is way more fun than going out. I’m incredibly thankful that I can trust my family & they can trust me enough to get crazy amongst ourselves. Mom you have no idea how happy I was when you gave me money and told me to buy more beer.
- In the end its all up to you. This goes with a bunch of sayings, but mainly I’m pointing this towards decision making & my habit of trying to please everybody. No matter what happens in life it undoubtedly happened in your life. Therefore, albeit that you value the opinion of your loved ones, you’re still the only one who has to live with your decisions so make them for you and not them.
- Yesterday was then, today is now. Lately I’ve been reminding myself of this fact & I’m starting to get with the flow of the now. I just have to continue to stop dragging the weight of the past.
Lord thank you for these lessons learned & help me to keep my eyes, ears, mind, and heart open for the lifetime of lessons I still got. What’s good life.

- Birthdays are good for you, the more you have, the longer you live.
- You may be only one person in the world, but you may also be the world to one person.
- Some mistakes are too much fun to only make once.
- Don’t cry because it’s over, smile because it happened.
- We could learn a lot from crayons, some are sharp, some are pretty, some are dull, some have weird names, and all are different colors but they all have to learn to live in the same box.
- A truly happy person is one who can enjoy the scenery on a detour.
- Happiness comes through doors you didn’t even know you left open.
